In 2002, Jason and Denise Andras became first-time homeowners through a rent-to-own program. It was through that personal experience that JadeMission was born! Their passion to help others fueled their efforts to locate, analyze, purchase, rehab, fix/flip, sell, rent and manage multiple, profitable single family properties over the past 20+ years. They also collaborated with several partners, raised capital to purchase properties and delivered desirable returns. Realizing the incredible opportunities available, Jason & Denise have expanded into multifamily investing.
